These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by Yaselle (Yasmin). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Services and prices

The services, packages, rentals and prices on this site describe what Yaselle generally offers. They are not an offer or a contract. Prices and availability can change without notice, and a date is only reserved once a signed service agreement and retainer are in place.

Any booking is governed by its own signed agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Sending an inquiry

Sending the inquiry form doesn’t book anything or create an obligation for either of us. Please give accurate contact details so we can reply. How your inquiry is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

Photos and content

The photographs, videos, writing and design on this site belong to Yaselle or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to the site, but please don’t copy, reuse or republish its content without written permission.

If you appear in a photo or video here and would like it removed, email yasmin@yasellestudio.com and we’ll take care of it.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, get into areas that aren’t public, or send spam or automated messages through the form.

Journal and outside links

Journal articles are general ideas and experience, not professional advice for your particular event. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Yaselle isn’t liable for losses that come from using the website itself. This doesn’t limit anything in a signed service agreement.
